Val's Yum Cake (Posted: Aug 4)

1 box cake mix
2 jars frosting
6 eggs
1 stick softened butter
1 greased microwave loaf pan
1 bag cinnamon sweet hearts
1 canister Redi-Whip
1 bottle blue non-pareils
1 pint whiskey or rum


This is a really great recipe. Mix together 1 box cake mix, 1 jar frosting, 6 eggs, 1 stick butter, add one-half pint whiskey or rum, mix together for one minute.

Place mix in greased loaf pan, cook at 350 for forty five minutes. Allow cake to cook for fifteen minutes. Poke holes in cake, add another half-pint of whiskey or rum. Allow cake to cool a few more minutes, then decorate with frosting and non-pareils.


Top each serving with Redi-Whip
