Banana Lumpia

3 bananas
Lumpia wrappers
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon (mixed sugar with cinnamon)
1 cup cooking oil


Cut bananas in 4s. Roll each in cinnamon sugar.
Wrap each halved banana in a lumpia wrapper and seal the end by wetting with water.
Preheat oil in frying pan and fry each wrapped banana until golden brown. use left over cinnamon sugar to roll lumpias in
Eat while it is still crunchy. mmmmm good!
