4 lg baking potatoes - baked
1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine - softened,
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 cup minced celery - optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop potato out of the skins and into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat until fluffy.
Add mixture into baked potato skin.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
