TACOS

This is among my favorite Mexican food.

12 Flour Tortillas
2 Pounds of Ground Meat (Hamburger or Sausage)
Taco Seasoning
Jalapeno or a variety of spicy peppers
3- cups or one package taco cheese
Sour Cream (Amount according to your desire. I use a large container).
Hot or mild salsa
chili powder
paprika
black olives, whole pitted or diced.
Onions
Fresh tomatoes or canned.

Brown the ground meat in a skillet and drain the grease.
Add a small amount of water and add the taco seasoning. If preferred, you can add some paprika and chili powder to this. Mix in well.
Chop or slice the onions and put in a small dish.
Slice or dice the tomatoes or if in a container, drain the juice and place the tomatoes in a separate container or a plate.
Place the diced or pitted black olives in a separate dish.
Place the amount of sour cream you desire in a separate container or serve in the same container.
Cut or dice the hot peppers and place in a container.
Serve the grated taco cheese in a large container.
Serve the flour tortillas warmed for less than a minute, if desired.
This is a good family meal and does not take a long time to prepare.
