Stuffed Bell Peppers
6 Bell Peppers
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Lb Italian Sausage
2 cans of mushrooms
2 boil-n-bags white rice
2 Family size cans Tomato soup
Brown ground beef and sausage, Add mushrooms, when brown,Drain all the grease off. while meat is cooking boil the rice per package directions. Then in mixing bowl add the rice, meat. Cut the top off the peppers and clean all the seeds out. Spoon the rice and meat mixture into the peppers. Then place in pan big enough to fit all 6 of the peppers securely. Place the tops of the peppers on top of each one. Pour tomato soup on top of and around the peppers. Peppers should be submerged in tomato soup. Boil until the Bell Peppers are tender.
