Chili Relonoes
1 Lg Can Mild Green Chili's (whole)(drain)
1 Lg Block of Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Pkg Large Wonton skins
1 16 oz Bottle of oil
Water in small bowl (for dipping your fingers)
In Saucepan Heat oil until HOT. Cut cheese into strips. Stuff Chili's with cheese strips. Take Wonton and lay flat on plate. Add cheese stuffed Chili into middle of Wonton. Fold Wonton like an envelope. Making sure all edges are sealed. Drop into HOT oil. Flip very carefully. Done when Both sides are brown. Remove and drain oil by placing on a paper towel. You can do 2 at a time. Make sure they don't stick to each other. Best served smothered in Green Chili, sour cream, Lettuce tomatoes and Onions and Cheese.
