1 1/2 c. bisquick
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 2 large eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Have water boiling in frying pan. Mix ingredients with a fork. Place greased pie plate in boiling water. Pour batter in. Cover pan and reduce heat, but keep water boiling for 20 minutes. Spread top with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
