6 or 8 Pork Chops + 1 Lg. Cabbage + 1 Lg. Onion + 2 or 3 Lbs. Garden String Beans + 4-Garden Red Tomatoes +
1 Bottle of Soy Sauce + 2 Cups White Whole Grain Rice + 1/2 Cup Crisco/Oil
Prepare Ingredience
Tenderize Pork Chops with Mallet and cut off the bone into 2 inch pieces
Cut Cabbage in quarter pieces
Chop Onion into quarter pieces
Wash & Snap the (Green) String Beans into halves
cut Tomatoes into quarter halves
Place Pork Chop pieces into large bowl with the quartered onions and the quartered tomatoes
Cover with Soy Sauce (Approx. 2 Cups )and put into Refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.
Cover quartered Cabbage and String Bean halves with water and cook until almost done.
*Keep on Simmer.*
After Pork Chop mixture has marinated, put pork chop pieces into a greased skillet and brown on both sides
then add remaining mixture and slow simmer.
Wash uncooked rice a few times to be clean then cover with water to cook until done.
*Do Not Add Rice to Pork Chop Soup -Only put amount of Cooked Rice you desire on your plate/bowl!*
*Do Not Remove Cabbage & String Bean Water! *
Add Pork Chop Mixture to Cabbage and String Beans and add more Soy Sauce to suite taste.
Cook All *(Not Rice)* ingredience together until tender and done *(and until the Rice is Done)*
Place 1 cup of cooked white rice to plate/bowl and then spoon Pork Chop Soup over the rice.
Add Soy Sauce to suite taste!
This Pork Chop Soup is Delishious and Great for those really cold days!
