Puppy Chow

1 box Rice Chex cereal (or your choice of Chex cereal)
1 cup peanut butter
1 stick margarine
12 oz. chocolate chips
3 cups powdered sugar

Pour Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Pour over chex cereal.
Stir to coat.

Put 3 cups powdered sugar in a large brown paper bag.
Dump in cereal mixture in and shake vigorously.

Store in plastic containers with lids or clean ice cream pail with lid also works very well for this.

But watch the little puppies around the house.
They really seem to love this as a treat.
And it doesn't seem to last long.
