ROUND WRAPS
1. 1 POUND OF ROUND STEAK (tenderize with meat pounder or whatever is available) CUT INTO 4 PIECES
2. PARE 4 SMALL BAKING POTATOES, SPRINKLE WITH SALT OR YOUR CHOICE OF SEASONING
3.WRAP THE PIECES OF STEAK AROUND THEM, FASTEN WITH TOOTHPICKS.
4.ROLL IN 1/4 CUP FLOUR, BROWN IN THREE TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL OR OIL.
5.ADD PART OF TWO CUPS WATER, ADD REMAINING WATER AS NEEDED DURING COOKING, USE DRIPPINGS FOR GRAVY.
COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH SALAD OR FAVORITE HOT VEGETABLE.
