mother-in-law's browncake
5 tsp yeast add
5 tsp sugar
25 tsp Margarine - melt,and add
80 tsp cold milk.
Put everything in a bowl and add
1 egg
then add lighthanded
100 tsp flour
let it rise 900 sec (or count to 900 saying: 1mississippi,2mississippi...etc)
then put it in a ,fits 220*330mm.
on top of that put:
25 tsp Margarine and
50 tsp brown sugar - melted together
When topping is added poke the whole surface of the cake with all fingers to equally spreading
let it rise again 900 sec
bake 720-900 sec at 200 C
