Creme Fraiche Pasta

The sauce you will have with your pasta.

You need a really big frying pan almost the size of a saucepan, or you can use a big sauce pan it depends what you have.
Firstly you will need to defrost the chicken you can use 1lb or 3 it depends.
I highly recommend you place it in cold water for a while before you will begin to cook.
When it's soft chop the chicken into small bite size pieces.

Ingredients:::
You will need 2 small cartons of creme Fraiche.
1lb of mushrooms or more if you like mushrooms.
1 lemon, 1 chopped onion, mixed herbs, coriander, garlic paste or fresh garlic grated, salt, pepper.
You can use curry powder and 2 green chillies, you can use 1 for a mild one or 3 for a hotter curry.

Place one packet of Pasta or two if you wish to boil in alot of water with salt so it doesn't go sticky.
Check it from time to time drain it if ready before sauce don't over cook it.

Method:::

Firstly you should use walnut oil it gives the food a lovely taste. Now fry the onions, fry until they're yellowish and then add chopped mushrooms.
Fry them until the onions are dark brown.
Add the chicken and continue to fry until it is white, add mixed herbs, garlic, and pepper mix them well.
Now my favorite bit add the 2 cartons of creme fraiche and the salt, mix them all into the mixture and add the lemon.
Leave to simmer and add coriander.

Drain the pasta and place into bowl.
Now the sauce is ready and so is your pasta.

Enjoy it and please tell me what you and your family think mine love it love it...  i was only 17 when i learned to make it i am 19 now.
