Fish Kebabs


Ingredients
2lbs of boneless fish.
Salt, pepper, mixed herbs, (Garlic and coriander seasoning)optional.

Method:::

Step1
For 5 minutes on low heat leave the fish to gently boil.

Step2
Drain water, remove skin and please double check for bones to prevent choking.
Place the fish in a mixing bowl gently rub the fish through fingers until it looks like tuna.
Now add all the herbs, mixed first, then the salt and pepper and the optional Garlic and Coriander seasoning.

Step3
Get a little in hand Squish it and make into medium sized ball.
If you have alot of fish then make them the size of a cadbury's cream egg.

Step4
Leave oil to get hot into a big frying pan.
Cook both sides until they go golden brown, always taste to see if they're cooked.
