Any type of Lettuce you can eat.
Half a cucumber and two tomatoes
A small red onion.
spring onion and chives
1 grated carrot
Dil
Chopped parsley and coriander.
1 piece of garlic grated
1 tin of tuna
sweetcorn,
red and green pepper sliced.
Sunflower, and sesame seeds.
Balsamic vinegar and walnut oil or olive oil, i tried it with both i think it's lovely.
Black seeds are a cure for everything.
Wash everything down in colander.
Firstly finely chop all ingredients and leave aside.
Use a big serving bowl and garnish with the walnut oil, place lettuce in bowl.
Then the Tuna, dil and sweetcorn.
Then cucumbers peppers and tomatoes.
Onion and spring onion and then the chives.
Place the grated carrot and garlic over them.
With the parsley and coriander.
Now season without salt just pepper.
Balsamic vinegar and walnut oil, you can try it with both i did now i think it's better.
You could add a tea spoon of black seed oil it's a cure for every illness and is very good to prevent heart diseases and strokes.
Mix the seasoning very well.
You can toast the seeds under the grill with walnut oil if you want Xtra taste or why not use olive oil.
You can eat salad for lunch or as a side dish with some meals.
