Toasted sesame seafood salad
This is quick and easy and to my surprise i was on a diet and everybody liked the salad.
All you need is
1 tomato (Add 1-2 more for larger serving)
half a cucumber (add more for larger serving)
Ice berg lettuce and packet of rocket salad add coriander and parsley and celery and spinach.
Peeled and cook prawns 1 small can tuna and sweetcorn.
Toasted sesame seed oil.
Firstly wash everything throughly and chop up lettuce very small and add the packet of rocket salad and then coriander and parsley and spinach.
Chop tomatoes and cucumber.
Add tuna, sweet corn and finally the prawns.
Season with salt and mix it up.
finally the most delicious part season with toasted sesame seed oil, not too much.
And mix up and there you have it a very healthy nice tasting salad that is quick to make.
