This is great for dieting snacks.
All you need is Whole meal flour 2 oz Butter organic 2oz honey 3-4 table spoons sugar 1 tablespoon ground ginger and mixed spice 1 teaspoon each Molasses raw cane sugar 1 and half teaspoons. Firstly melt the butter in a small saucepan. When it bubbles add the honey and mix well with the sugar and spices. Then finally add the molasses. Bake on a baking tray for 10-12 minutes and then leave to cool and place on a wire rack until cool. Continue until all mixture has been used. If you want to make more you can just simply double the mixture. Any questions please ask me.
