Chocolate flan

This is very simple

All you need is two packets of digestive biscuits or oatmeal biscuits.
5 oz of butter
pinch of salt
1/2 oz of sugar

Preheat oven to gas mark 2
150.c 300.f

Place them into mixing bowl preferably Plastic or Wooden.

Get the end of a rolling pin the Knob part and crush the biscuits  with it.
Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 oz of sugar.

2 packets of plain dark or milk chocolate.
Flake or other chocolate you can crumble or just use sprinkles.

Add 7 oz of butter and melt into sauce pan.
Add the biscuits and mix well until smooth and all biscuits are lightly soaked.
Add molasses.
Place mixture into prepared tins and bake for 12 mins maybe longer if wished, but don't allow to burn.

While it is in the oven...

Melt the chocolate.

Leave the base inside the tray to prevent crumbling.
Spread base with chocolate.
Crush the flake and sprinkle over cake.
Leave in fridge to set for as long as it takes.
Maybe one hour or longer.
