Creamy minty dreams

You need a few tall glasses.

The cloves that are closed and have tiny black seeds inside them
Cumin seeds
Cinnamon sticks
Mint leaves
Peppermint leaves
Nettle leaves
Jasmine green tea leaves

2 OZ of each

Crushed oatmeal biscuits
Greek style yogurt
Double Cream
Whipped cream
butter

Crush the biscuits and add some sugar if wished or honey add the butter and leave in sauce pan to melt and make the biscuits smooth and squishy, but not drenched.
Place in tray and leave under grill until ready to use, but do not allow to burn.

Meanwhile crush all the herbs.
Boil them very gently for a while, slowly adding each herb gradually.
Sieve the water into a bowl and add some fresh fruits, maybe some orange and lemon rind.
Add some kiwi fruit and apple skin.
Blend very well together.

Whip up double cream and add some sugar to sweeten up and add the yogurt too.

In the bottom of the glass some of the biscuits.
Add the herb mixture and add the creams.
Then add some biscuits and add some of that cream.
Build it up.
Spray with whipped cream and also the leaves that are left over from sifting, very nicely dry them under the grill not burn to a crisp and then garnish the top.
And you have a very fancy minty delicious creamy dessert
You can add a spoonful of ice cream to go in the center of the cream if you don't like cherries.
