You need::

2lbs king prawns and leave to soak.
Two onions
1 packet of spinach
a handful of coriander
a handful of parsley
a handful of garlic
Mixed herbs
Mixed spices
1 Tall glass of water

Dice onions very fine and fry in Basil Oil based on an olive oil in a sauce pan.
Peel and finely chop garlic.
leave on low heat.

Quickly remove the shells from the prawns and place in bowl.
Now when all done sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add to the onions and Garlic and fry until brown.
Add water a little at a time, adding coriander, herbs, spices and parsley, and spinach.
Then leave to boil.
Leave to boil until you taste one prawn and see if cooked, test for salt and add a pinch if needed.
Leave until not very watery, but not too thick.

Eat with a loaf of French bread.
