All you need to do is place 3-4 potatoes in the microwave. Ingredients. 1 large onion. 1 tin of tuna While the potatoes cook gently fry onions in sunflower oil from the tuna for at least 8-10 minutes. Then peel the jacket potatoes and mash with a fork. Add to the onion and tuna mixture and mix well. Add salt and pepper and mixed herbs. Serve hot with Bread or chapati.
