Tuna Spring Rolls
Ingredients
10 pieces of eggrolls / spring rolls
Eggrolls content:
300 gr tuna
2 cloves of garlic ( chopped)
50 gr large yellow onion ( chopped)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 little box of chicken stock
white mushrooms
15 Eggs called Telur Puyuh
oil for sauteing
Instructions:
Heat oil. Then Saute chopped garlic and large yellow onion. Wait until it smells nice.
Put Tuna, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar
Put mushroom, eggs and 1 little box of chicken stock
Fill the spring rolls with the content that has been cooked ( 1-3)
Fry the eggrolls / spring rolls with medium heat
