MOZZERELLA BALLS


2 BALLS FRESH MOZZERELLA CHEESE
1 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
1/4 CUP FRESH PARMASEAN CHEESE GRATED
2 EGG WHITES SLIGHTLY BEATED
ENOUGH OIL TO DEEP FRY IN


1. HEAT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
2. CUT MOZZERELLA CHEESE INTO ABOUT 1 INCH PIECES
3. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS AND PARMASEAN CHEESE IN A PLATE MIX TOGETHER
4. SLIGHTLY BEAT EGG WHITES IN A SEPARATE BOWL
5. PLACE MOZZERELLA CHEESE IN EGG WHITE TAKE OUT AND LET EXCESS DRIP OFF PLACE IN CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE DO THIS ONE AT A TIME SET ASIDE ON A PLATE
6. DROP 6-7 MOZZERELLA BALLS INTO HOT OIL AND DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN ****(DOES NOT TAKE LONG ABOUT 45 SECONDS WATCH CAREFULLY)****
7. TAKE OUT OF OIL AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWLS SERVE WARM
