Broccol1i  Salad

1 Bunch of Broccoli (tops only) Chop fine (Wash & Dry.
1 Medium Red Onion (Chopped Diagonally)
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
9 Strips of crisp bacom (Crumbled In Salad)

Dressing:
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 TBL. Wine Vinegar

Mix together.  Then Pour over Broccoli Mixture. (Cover Tightly)
Refriderate Overnight.
