Vegetarian Chili

1 green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 cup sliced carrots
1 can kidney beans drained
2 cups salsa
1 can tomatoes
2 cans water

Cook on medium until veggies are tender.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
