Strawberry Bread

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs
2-10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and chopped.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Form a shallow well in center of mixture.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Stir well.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake for 1hr. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.

(it helps to have a cool towel ready and placing the pans on the towel; prevents sticking.)
