1 cup of white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar (I use light brown)
1 cup Jif peanut butter
1 stick butter (I use real butter)
2 eggs
1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag of Reeces peanut butter chips
Cream sugars, butter and peanut butter. Beat on medium speed till creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Mix flour, soda, and salt. Add to cream mixture gradually just until well blended. Stir in chips by hand. Roll into one and a half inch balls. Place two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 mins in 350 oven till edges are set. Cool for 8 minutes on pan, then remove to wire rack for complete cooling. These are super rich cookies.
