Ok this is a recipe that I made up one evening. So please bare with me on the amounts *I never measure*
1 large bag of 3 cheese tortalini shells
4 1/4 cups of any 4 cheeses you wish
1 1/4 cup Asiago cheese
1/4 cup Philly cream cheese
1 large container of heavy whipping cream
4 good size roma tomatoes
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
onion
garlic
3-4 squeeses of three cheese ranch dressing
(you can also add broccoli or any other veggie you would like to this)
Mozzerella Cheese
Start by cutting up the onion and garlic saute` in a frying pan. While that is cooking dice up your chicken breasts in bite sized pieces. When the onion and garlic are just about cooked add the chicken. (I usually add tony's cajun seasoning at this point but you can use whatever you like or none at all) and the philly cream cheese Cook until chicken is done.
While that is cooking place in a large bowl the heavy whipping cream, all the cheeses except mozzerella, ranch dressing and diced up roma tomatoes.
When chicken mixture is done pour into a 9x11 cake pan, pour heavy whipping cream mixture over top. Then top with Mozzerella cheese and bake at 350 until the mozzerella cheese is melted, bubbly and slightly brown.
