Fry 3 chopped onions
Add 6 cloves garlic
Crushed with ginger
Just a little not too much
Fry them until they go dark brown
Add any vegetables you want
Add any type of beans you wish
That you soaked over night
Add them and mix them
Add loads and loads of water
2-3 kettle fulls
The remains of this soup can be frozen and used up within 4 months
Once thwarted do not refreeze
Add, soya sauce and marmite to soup, cider vinegar
Dried mixed herbs, taragon, parsley and No salt
The marmite has salt
Add Cayene chilli pepper
Add fresh too if wished
