High carb pasta

Boil pasta according to instructions
Add little garlic salt and rainbow fresh pepper
Add a table spoon of olive oil to prevent pasta from sticking
Boil the small pieces of skinless chicken in separate pan also
While they are boiling

Very good to use a Nicer Dicer from JML (excellent for dicing coz it takes minutes to do so much)

Peel 4-5 potatoes
Cut them into quarters and halve them
Then chop up a few carrots
Dice 3 onions and some mushrooms
Dice 1 tomato
Dice 3-4 cloves of garlic

Heat olive oil in medium deep pan and place onions and mushrooms/ potatoes leave to simmer
While you drain the pasta

Then stir the onions and mushrooms
Add little thyme
Mix thoroughly
Then slowly add the ingredients in the order u cut them
Leave to simmer for at least 10-15 minutes
It should start to smell quite nice
Add a little dried flat leaf parsley

Mix well

Drain cooked chicken
Chop up nice and small and leave aside until you're ready to use it
15 minutes on
Add the chicken mix really well
Add more thyme and parsley
Add more garlic salt and fresh pepper
Then Add two small tubs of Creme Fraiche (french for fresh cream)

Mix well

Add pasta and mix well again
Remove from heat
Add final touch of a little olive oil
Thyme, parsley, garlic salt and fresh pepper

Serving suggestion

U can add a grating of any cheese u like
Or just have it how it is

Any questions please don't hesitate to ask me leave me as many messages as you'd like
