8 oz butter
8oz Be-ro self raising flour
4 eggs
Just enough milk to make a nice constancy
4 oz of cocoa powder
4 oz of hot chocolate powder
8 oz of brown sugar (6 can be used

1 big Dairy milk chocolate
Chocolate spread
1 table spoon vanilla essence
For the chocolate sauce
1 big dairy milk
3 table spoons of butter
2-4 table spoons of sugar
Enough boiling water to make a nice mix
If done too much it will thicken over time
For the topping
3 crushed twirls
Method
Mix flour and dried ingredients except the sugar in basin
Rub in fat until it looks like very fine bread crumbs
Mix in one at a time the eggs
Add the sugar mix well
Add milk to make it a nice mix (not too thick not too runny)
So add half a glass at first
Then try adding a little bit more
Until its the right thickness it should be thick enough to coat the back of a table spoon
Chop up dairy milk
Crush Maltesers add to mixture
Add 6-8 table spoons of chocolate spread of your choice
Grease some baking paper and place into a deep baking tin
With a lid that slides out coz this tin is best for this recipe as i have come to know LOL
Cover the top of the mixture with foil
Leave to bake for 20-25 minutes
To check if the cake it cooked
Remove foil place a knife in the middle of the cake
If it comes out clean it means it is cooked
While that is baking
Put your feet up have a tea or coffee coz you'll need the kettle anyway lol
Now make the chocolate sauce
Get a deep saucepan
Chop up Dairy milk
Use the water from making your coffee
First of all melt butter then chocolate
Add sugar and water
Allow to thicken
Remove from heat
Crush twirl with fingers
Like rubbing in method
Just gently press with index finger and thumb
Leave in a bowl aside
Allow cake to cool
Then turn upside down
The lid drops down
Leave to cool
Cut up cake
Place hot chocolate sauce over cake
With the topping and enjoy
If you wanna tell me off coz its too unhealthy thats ok LOL
Coz my mommy told me off too LOL
Its better than eating a dozen chocolate bars coz one slice of this and that's it
