Strawberries
Raspberries
Red/green grape
1 cut apple
With 200 ml
Cranberry flavoured water
You can use milk if wished
Add crushed ice or serve after chilling in the fridge
U can use a funnel and use a big water bottle to store this
If going to work or anywhere its best you use a flask
