Natural Diabetic Remedy

Take one very green and fresh plantain.Cut off both tips,throw away tips,split the green plantain lengthwise in half.
2. Separate the plantain peel from the plantain meat.[4 pieces]
3.Place all the plantains peels and meats in one gallon of water.
4.Boil till water turns brown.[Medium heat one to two hours].
5.Allow ten minutes to cool,strain or filter tea.
6.Drink as much as you like though you should monitor your blood sugar as this will lower your blood sugar.
