Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix ingredients all together.
2. Roll into balls and place onto non stick or lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
3. Press with a fork, creating a criss-cross pattern.
4. Sprinkle with sugar.
5. Bake for 10 minutes at 325° and remove from oven. Allow to cool completely on cookie sheet then remove.
