Chicken Pot Pie
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of chicken broth (10 3/4 oz)
2 (12 1/2 oz) cans Tyson chunk chicken, don't drain
1 (16 oz) pkg. Pictsweet frozen mixed vegetables,
cooked to package instructions and drained
1/2 of a 14 1/2 oz can diced potatoes
sprinkle very little salt & pepper
Crust:
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup flour (self-rising)
1. Spray or lightly grease 9 X 13 casserole dish.
2. Mix all ingredients except crust, pour in dish.
3. Mix crust ingredients, pour on top, don't stir.
4. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. (50-55 mins)
