Mexican Taco/Burrito Bake

1-1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 burrito size flour tortillas
1 (31 oz) can refried beans
1 (10 oz) container Queso-Melt cheese dip (can also buy American white cheese & melt with milk to make this.It's like the restaurant cheese dip. I find it with the specialty cheeses at the grocery store)

Toppings:
Pico de Gallo (the recipe is on here under "This & That")
Sour Cream
Lettuce/Tomato
Salsa
Jalepenos
Etc


1. Brown ground chuck. Add taco seasoning as directed on package.
2. Spray a 9 X 13 casserole with cooking spray.
3. Layer 2 large burrito flour tortillas, 1/2 the can of refried
   beans, 1/2 the meat mixture, and drizzle 1/3 of the cheese dip.
4. Repeat layer
5. Top with 2 tortillas
6. Bake at 350° for 15 min.
7. Drizzle remaining cheese dip on top while hot.
8. Serve with desired toppings.
