Assorted Chinese Appetizers Steamed Crab and Stir-Fried Squids and Shrimps.



1 no : whole crab, cleaned, cut into pieces
10 g : shallots
20 g : ginger
0 . : Stir-Fried Squids and Shrimps
100 g : shrimps, cleaned
100 g : squids, cleaned, make a few criss-cross cuts on it
10 g :  Chicken Powder
3 g : salt
3 g : white peppercorn powder
5 g :  Cornstarch
10 g : ginger
10 g : shallots
3 g : garlic
10 ml : yellow wine
3 g : salt
10 g :  Chicken Powder
1 g : white peppercorn powder
50 ml : water
3 g : castor sugar
3 ml : sesame oil           
 
 
Place the crab in a tray with shallots and ginger. Steam it in a steamer for 5 minutes. Remove and transfer to a plate.

Stir-Fried Squids and Shrimps
Mix shrimps and squids with  Chicken Powder, salt, pepper and Cornstarch.
Heat a little Mazola Corn Oil in a wok until hot. Add in shallots and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add in the shrimps and squids. Deglaze with yellow wine.
Add in water . Season to taste with salt,  Chicken Powder, pepper powder, sugar and sesame oil. Lightly thicken with Cornstarch.

Serve
Place the stir-fried shrimps and squids on serving plate with steamed crab. Serve immediately
