3 (12 oz.) bags White Chocolate morsels 1 cup creamy peanut butter 3 cups Rice Krispies 2 ½ cups unsalted dry-roasted peanuts 2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows 1. Pour Rice Krispies, peanuts, and marshmallows into a large bowl and mix. 2. Melt white chocolate morsels in microwave in glass bowl (heat 15 second intervals and stir). Should be melted in a couple of minutes. 3. Stir peanut butter into melted white chocolate. 4. Pour mixture over the dry ingredients in large bowl and mix together. 5. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets covered with wax paper. 6. Refrigerated for about an hour to let chocolate firm up. Then enjoy! Makes about 40 treats! Easy and quick. Great for large crowds or Christmas treats. Recipe from my neighbor who always makes great goodies at Christmas time.
