Corn Casserole
1 box Jiffy mix (mix by directions on box)
1 stick margarine, melted
8 oz. sour cream
3 eggs beaten
1 can (16 oz.) creamed corn
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn (do not drain.
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT CHEESE) and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Remove from oven Top with cheese. Return to oven and bake about 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
