Pineapple Casserole

2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans tidbit pineapple, drained (SAVE JUICE)
2/3 cup of pineapple juice saved from above
2 cups fine grated mild or medium cheddar cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. plain flour
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT Ritz & butter. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt butter and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
