Peanut Brittle

1 cup white Karo syrup
1 cup white sugar
2 cups raw peanuts

Mix together and cook on stove top until light amber color.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 tsp. baking soda, stirring fast. DO NOT over stir.
Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Cool.
Break apart when cool.
