8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
12 oz. Cool Whip
Mix cream cheese & sugar with mixer. Add vanilla & Cool Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate.
This icing has a nice stiff consistency and tastes great. Has a nice balance with its hint of cream cheese and mild sweetness. It's not overly sweet like commercial icings.
