This is a recipe invented by me
I just made up the name ha ha Preheat oven to gas mark 200'c Grease 9 inch flan case with a wet hand which will film it with water to allow steam Ingredients Be-ro Choux pastry 8 oz Melted chocolate Honey comb 10 oz soft light brown sugar 8 oz butter and Golden syrup 4 table spoons of bicarbonate of soda Whipped cream To make the pastry is really simple Boil the kettle Use 4 oz of butter or margarine half pint of water plain flour 3 eggs beaten Melt the fat in water and make sure it is melted and water is boiling or when you add flour it will not form a ball Once you mixed it and a ball form you transfer to a large mixing bowl to cool down Once cooled down add eggs little at a time Mix thoroughly in and it should be a smooth consistency That is choux pastry Place into prepared case and bake or 20-30 minutes or until golden brown While baking make the honey comb Place the Golden syrup and sugar together Gently boil for 5 minutes until sugar dissolves Swirl pan gently to give even colour and consistency, but do not stir it or it will clump Boil rapidly for at least 7 minutes Then add 2 table spoons of bicarbonate of soda Watch it expand and fizz Place into a cool pasta dish to set leave by a cool open window Melt the chocolate And leave aside Remove the pastry from oven and leave to cool Break the honey comb Add chocolate onto pastry Place some of the broken honeycomb on top Place whipped cream on in any desire shape or form Decorate with cherries Or just broken honeycomb
