Stuffed Mushrooms
2 pounds of Fresh Mushrooms (washed)
2 boxes of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 lb Bacon
2 cans of Diced Green Chile's
Olive Oil
Pre-heat oven at 350
Fry the bacon to a crisp.Let cool then crumble.
In a medium mixing bowl add: The cream cheese,Chile's,and bacon.
Break off the stems of them mushrooms and hollow out the tops. Chop up the stems and add them to the cream cheese mixture.
Stuff the mushroom tops with the cream cheese mixture. Dip a basting brush in the olive oil and baste the tops of the mushrooms.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
