Sliced Baked Zucchini

Blend in large bowl:

1/4 Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper

Grated Romano Cheese set aside
Preheat oven to 350.

3 Medium Zucchini's sliced into 1/2 inch slices.
Place in bowl with the marinade until Zucchini is completely coated, let stand for 10 minutes. Stir again, Let stand for an additional 15 minutes.
Place a layer of Zucchini about 3 slices deep in a baking pan, Sprinkle with the Romano Cheese, Continue layering until the Zucchini and Cheese are gone.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the Zucchini is tender.
