Fudgey Pie

2 unbaked 9" pie crusts
1 cup chocoate chips (white, special dark or semi-sweet)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand milk
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 375*. Bake pie crusts 10 minutes, remove from oven and lower temperature to 325*.

While baking crusts, combine chocolate chips & butter in small saucepan and cook on low heat until chips are melted.

In large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk, flour, egg and vanilla.
Add chocolate chip mixture to it; beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in nuts if desired.

Pour into crusts. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool. Top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
