Macaroni And Cheese Pie (old fashioned)

Pecan Pie

1/3 cup butter at room temperature
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually; beat after each addition. Add eggs one at a time. Add filling ingredients in order. Place a band of foil around pie crust edge. Place pie on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 40-50 minutes.
