The BIG-DADDY home-made BURGER
This is just DEVINE
The secret to this is to get fresh organic mince chicken half a kilo
Marinate it over-night in
5 table spoons of olive oil and the rest is sesame seed oil
Add peri peri spice 1 table spoon
1 table spoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon of Celery salt
Chop up fine corriander and parsley 2 handfuls of each
mix well with 1 table spoon of cream
In the morning
Make into a HUGE THICK MASSIVE BURGER
Grease a roasting tray
prick the burger with a fork and leave in a very hot oven
gas mark 7 for 20 minutes
Then flip over and cook again for 20 minutes
Serve with a chapati or tortilla wrap
Or just chop it up and have it with a salad feast YUMMMMY BIG DADDY
