2 cups cottage cheese
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon whipped topping per serving
1/2 cup minced dates
1 cup rinsed seedless grapes
1 cup mixed tropical fruit slices from can or jar
3 bananas
* optional 3/4 cup sliced almonds*
Peel the bananas. Cut the bananas in half. Place at the bottom of the sundae dishes.
Stir the cinnamon, whipped topping to taste, and the minced dates into the cottage cheese.
Layer cottage cheese mix and fruit ingredients into sundae dishes or dessert cups.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream. *optional top each with 1/4 cup sliced almonds.*
