Oktoberfest Bacon and Potatoes
Three boxes precooked bacon
Three rinsed and peeled potatoes
One 12 ounce can beer (Pabst, Budweiser, Coors, Miller, etc...)
Arrange bacon on tray.
Slice potatoes thinly, place on tray.
Pour one 12 ounce can of beer slowly onto deep rectangle tray.
Marinate for one hour or more.
Place in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off oven. Allow to cool for a minute while getting serving plate.
Serve with your favorite beverage.
