Amazing Grace Frozen Yogurt Treats

The trick with these little delights is to serve them right out of the freezer. This way they do not melt. This will serve a whole classroom of Sunday school kids, plus their parents or mentors.

2 mini muffin pans
48 'Nilla wafers, unbroken (24 for tops, 24 for bottoms)
1 quart vanilla yogurt
1 quart strawberries or blueberries

Optional
1 pack granola bits - about 1 ounce
1 pack chocolate chips - about 1 ounce
1 pack mini candy coated chocolates
1/8 cup shredded coconut

Wash and cut the tops off the strawberries. Dice the strawberries and place in the bottom of a mixing bowl. Add yogurt, mix with spatula.

Count out the 'Nilla wafers, place one in the bottom of each pan. Spoon in the yogurt on top of each wafer. Place in freezer for one hour. Remove from freezer. Remove Frozen Yogurt Treats from compartments with a spoon. Serve on top of another 'Nilla wafer.
